Bakersfield Man Arrested for Transportation of Meth for Sale

NEEDLES, Calif – On November 6, at approximately 7:55 a.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and the Needles Police Department, stopped Earl Fourdyce (age 38 of Bakersfield) for speeding on Needles Hwy. A records check of Fourdyce showed that he is on Felony Probation (PRCS) for HS 11379(a), Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sales, out of Kern County.

During a search of Fourdyce's vehicle, deputies located approximately 50 grams of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, glass pipes and a hypodermic needle.

Fourdyce was arrested, without incident, and booked at the Colorado River Station Jail for HS 11379(a) Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sales. Fourdyce is being held on a 50,000 Bail.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
