Several Search Warrants Served and Arrests Made for Drug & Firearm Possession

NEEDLES, Calif – On Monday, November 28, deputies and detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff - Colorado River Station and Needles Police Department served a series of search warrants. Deputies searched a residence in the 200 block of Cibola Street and found several pieces of controlled substance paraphernalia. Brett Lisowski (age 37 of Needles) was arrested for maintaining a home for the purpose of using and distributing controlled substances. Jessica Lopez (age 22 of Needles) was also arrested at that location for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Deputies then focused their attention on the Lillyhill Apartments located in the 1000 block of Lillyhill Dr. Deputies served search warrants on two separate apartments and arrested five individuals. Approximately 21 grams of methamphetamine, one semi-automatic pistol and over $2,600 in cash were recovered.

Augustin Valencia (age 27 of Fontana) was charged with possession for sales, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of controlled substance while armed with a firearm. He is being held without bail for a probation violation.

Miry Franco-Garcia (age 22 of Fontana) was arrested at the same location and charged with unauthorized possession of access cards.

Misty Medrano (age 36 of Needles) and Lydia Gonzalez (age 26 of Needles) were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Tina Gorman (age 46 of Needles) was located inside one of the apartments and was arrested for a probation violation warrant, as well as possession of controlled substances. Gorman is being held without bail.

All suspects were booked into Needles Jail.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
