Stolen Guns Recovered – Public’s Help Requested

NEEDLES, Calif – On Thursday, July 14, at about 6:41 PM, detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff - Colorado River / Needles Station developed information on the whereabouts of some stolen firearms. The investigation led to a garage of a home located in the 400 block of Acoma St.

The firearms were taken during a residential burglary in June 2016. The owner of the residence where the firearms were found is not involved in the theft of the guns nor did he have knowledge they were stolen.

This investigation is still on going and detectives are seeking information in this case. Those that have knowledge or information are urged to contact Detectiver Caronna at 760-326-9200.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
