TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif – On Sunday, June 11, at about 1:29 p.m., a 22-year-old male was riding an ATV off-road vehicle east on Sun Valley Drive approaching the intersection at Bagley Avenue. At the same time, a 25-year-old male was driving his pickup truck north on Bagley Avenue approaching Sun Valley Drive. The ATV failed to stop for the stop sign at the intersection and collided into the driver’s side of the pickup truck.

The pickup truck came to a stop in a nearby apartment parking lot. The ATV rider sustained several injuries from the collision and was airlifted to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs for treatment. His current condition is unknown.
