Burglary in Progress Interrupted by Sheriff’s Deputies

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif – On Tuesday, February 28, at about 11:20 p.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff - Morongo Basin Station responded to a suspicious vehicle parked in the victim’s driveway, located in the 69000 block of Sunny Sands Road, in the county area of Twentynine Palms.

When deputies arrived on scene they interrupted a burglary in progress. There they found suspects Nathan Feldman (age 37) and Olivia Leclerc (age 28) both of Twentynine Palms, inside of the residence. Property belonging to the victim was located in the suspect’s vehicle. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, on suspicion of burglary.
