Fugitive arrested wanted by the state of Arizona

NEEDLES, Calif – On Thursday, May 4 at 6:33 p.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff - Colorado River Station saw a recognized fugitive driving a vehicle towards the trailer park located in the 900 block of Coronado in Needles.

Deputies recognized Timothy Davison (age 35 of Needles) as a fugitive wanted by the state of Arizona for theft of means of transportation and burglary charges. A traffic stop was conducted and Davison fled on foot. Deputies caught up to Davison and he was taken into custody without incident. Davison was booked into the Needles jail and is being held with no bail.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
