Search warrant results in the seizure of gun, ammo, methamphetamine & heroin

NEEDLES, Calif – On Sunday, February 11 around noon, deputies from the Needles Police and San Bernardino County Sheriff - Colorado River Station served a search warrant on the 900 block of Coronado Street, in Needles. During the search of the residence, deputies located a firearm, ammunition, methamphetamine, heroin, items associated with the sales of narcotics, and over $2,900 in cash.

The suspect, Craig Wilding (age 49 of Needles), was not present during the service of the search warrant. Upon completion, the report will be submitted to the District Attorney's office for review.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with additional information regarding this investigation is urged to contact the Needles Sheriff’s Station a t (760) 326-9200.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
