Man Stabbed at Party on N. Intake By Robert Winkler January 17, 2012 BLYTHE, Calif – On Saturday, January 7 at 2:47 in the morning, Blythe Police responded to Palo Verde Hospital after getting a call about a man with a stab wound. When police arrived they spoke with Troy Burrell, age 22 from Blythe. Burrell was uncooperative. However police were able to find out Burrell had been at a party at a residence in the 10,000 block of N. Intake Blvd. There Burrell received a single non-life threatening stab wound to his rib cage. Burrell was treated at the hospital and later released. Police made contact with the party goers and found out Burrell had been in a fight. The case remains open and under investigation.
