Narcotic & Weapons Search Warrant

Michael NalleyBLYTHE, Calif On Thursday, March 17, 2016, the Blythe Narcotic Enforcement Team (BNET) served a narcotic and weapons-related search warrant in the 100 block of North 3rd Street, in Blythe. Blythe Police Department assisted with the warrant service. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of three firearms, including a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, burglary tools and drug paraphernalia.

Michael Nalley (age 33), of Blythe, was arrested and later booked into the Riverside County Jail in Blythe. Nalley was charged with being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of burglary tools and possession of firearms in violation of a domestic violence restraining order.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

BNET is a multi-agency narcotic task force participated in by law enforcement agencies in the Blythe, Palo Verde Valley area. BNET's primary mission is to disrupt narcotic sales and diminish the availability of those drugs, thereby increasing public safety. Citizens are encouraged to report drug activity or information that could lead into the arrest of subjects involved with any criminal activity.
