Sheriff's Gang Team Arrest 4 Persons in a Probation Check

NEEDLES, Calif – On Friday May 27, at approximately 3:45 p.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department's Gang Team conducted a probation check at a residence on the 2100 block of Lilyhill Drive.

While at the residence, deputies made contact with Jay Gardner (age 55), Christopher Jackson (age 37), Dana Litchfield (age 31), and Anna Reyes (age 29) all of Needles. Jay Gardner was found to have an outstanding warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Christopher Jackson was found to have a felony no bail warrant for violation of probation. Dana Litchfield was found to have an outstanding warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. And Anna Reyez was found to have two outstanding warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence. All subjects were transported to the Colorado River Station jail where they were booked and held pending a court appearance.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
