BLYTHE, CA On Sunday, September, 15, 2019 at about 11:45am, a 2015 Polaris RZR was being driven eastbound on a dirt, off-highway area, in an unincorporated area, west of Blythe known as Mesa Verde by a 13-year-old female.

The 13-year-old female driver made a left turn and the RZR rolled onto its right side. The 13-year-old driver and the 9-year-old female, left rear passenger, were properly seat belted and sustained moderate injuries as a result of the crash. The 13-year-old male passenger and 14-year-old male passenger, were both not wearing seat belts and were both seated up on top of the right rear door panel with their backs facing outward of the right side.
