IMPORTANT – Do Not Toss that Ballot Californians

October 14, 2020

BLYTHE, CA – Due to COVID-19, voting in the November 3, 2020 Election will be different. EVERY registered voter in the State of California will automatically receive a Vote-By-Mail ballot. Ballots will be mailed beginning October 5th. There are several ways to cast your vote in this year’s Election:

  • Fill out your Vote-By-Mail ballot. Place it in the postage paid envelope and drop it in the mail.

  • Fill out your Vote-By-Mail ballot and bring it to City Hall, 235 N. Broadway. The City is a designated Ballot Drop-Off location. Your ballot will be secured in the Ballot Drop-Box until collected by the Riverside County Registrar of Voters. City Hall is open Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. Ballots will be received through Election Day.

  • Bring your ballot to the Voter Assistance Center at the Doris Morgan Community Center, 445 N. Broadway. You may exchange your Vote-By-Mail ballot for a polling place ballot. If you do not have your Vote-By-Mail ballot, you may have to vote using a provisional ballot. The Voter Assistance Center is open October 31st - November 2nd from 9am to 5pm and on Election Day from 7am to 8pm. There will be no other polling places in the City of Blythe.

Make your vote count. DO NOT throw away your Vote by Mail ballot. This is your ticket to vote in the November election, whether through the mail, drop off location or in person at the Voter Assistance Center.

For more information visit: or call the Riverside County Registrar of Voters at (951) 486-7200 or (800) 773-8683.
