Farm Tractor Crashes Cars – Police Need Your Help

BLYTHE, Calif – On Tuesday, August 30 at about 12:46 p.m., Blythe Police Dispatch received several 911 calls regarding a farm tractor colliding with several vehicles in the area of East Avenue A and East Avenue B. The 911 caller told Dispatch the tractor appeared to be a green “Swather” that caused the damage and left the area northbound on North 8th Street.

When Officers arrived in the area, they found that several vehicles on East Avenue A and two vehicles on East Avenue B had collision damage. Officers from the Blythe Police Department scoured the area and were unable to locate the tractor.

During the investigation it was learned that the driver of the tractor was wearing a long sleeve orange shirt.

Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
